The Members page is where workspace users are invited and managed. There are no seat limits.

Inviting a member

  1. Navigate to SettingsMembers in the AI Gateway sidebar.
  2. Click Invite.
  3. Enter the email address of the person to invite.
  4. Select a role.
  5. Click Send Invite.
The invited user receives an email with a link to join the workspace.

Roles

RoleDescription
AdminComplete access across all platform features, including user management, workspace settings, model configurations, and billing.
Developer
Enterprise
Technical access to all essential features. Does not have model management, billing, or user management permissions.
Researcher
Enterprise
Full access to Traces and Guardrails. Does not have model management, billing, or user management permissions.
On the Pay-As-You-Go plan, every member is an Admin. Developer and Researcher roles are available on the Enterprise plan only.

Removing a member

Use the menu next to a member’s name to remove them from the workspace.
